Manually edit spell hit cap for MOP

Is there any way to manually edit the new spell hit cap for MOP?

Before it was 17%, while now it is 15%, am I correct?

Thanks a lot for the great work, guys. Can't live without rawr! :)

No you can't edit that.

You can however use the conditions in the optimiser to aim for the right level of hit.     Because Hit as a rule is a valuable stat though, you may wish to tell the optimiser to aim for less than 15.1% hit or so.  That way the optimiser will try to get as high a level as hit as possible without going over.

Mind you, it isn't like Rawr is that accurate atm with all the new talents etc.   Probably best to just manually reforge a few items to the required result.
