Missing item stats - or it it only me?

I downloaded this release, updated item cache, then loaded possible upgrades for feral bear model.

I noticed several items strangely low in ranking. It turned out that many items ( examples: Belt of Njorndar, The Severed Noose of Westwind ) don't import their "increases attack power" stat - it shows as zero, while items have around 70-80. In consequence, many WotLK quest rewards land far below TBC T6 and badge gear, while they should be on par, sometimes better.

What could have gone wrong?

Update: reloading item from Armory causes the attack power stat to vanish, reloading it from Wowhead produces correct result.

I also wonder why The Severed Noose of Westwind with no gems in is rated at 36,99, and if you put Etched Monarch Topaz in, it's rated at 27,18. First time I hear that gems lower stats.

Update: it's only calculated like this when I list Necks alphabetically, when I switched back to Overall sort, it started calculating it at 45,98....

Update2: ok, now I can't repeat that problem, it calculated fine stats for this item.

Managed to set up cat dps gear by pulling items I considered from Wowhead one by one.

One thing still bothers me.
I set up my talents and gear, gems, enachant, all buffs off.
Rawr says my Attack Power will be 7423,06.
WoW says it's 4573 (while in Cat Form, of course).

What makes so much difference?

Rawr counts Savage Roar.

Also, the Armory just changed their format for Attack Power, breaking the attack power loading from Armory. Just revert to the default item cache from 2.1.2.

Thanks for the information :)

About Savage Roar... it's supposed to increase attack power by 40%, which would make it  ( 4573*1.4 = 6402 ). Rawr says it's a thousand more.
Don't want to waste your time, if there's some detailed info/debug mode/anything I couldn't find, just throw a link at me ;)

Are you comparing with the same buffs, and are you 80? Those would be my best guesses offhand. If that doesn't explain it, send me a character file and armory link.

As advised, new issue created in IssueTracker, under name "Discrepancy in Attack Power in Cat Form between Wow and Rawr", with all data added.
