Need some help with hit optimization please.

I~27m trying to optimize my gear around my usual 10-man and I do not want to be under or over hit cap by too much. The moonkin that I run with only puts 2 points into Imp. Faerie fire so I~27m only getting 2~25 hit. Is there a way to tell Rawr this~3f~26nbsp~3b I see the option for Imp. Faerie Fire~2c but it~27s the fully talented version. Some help around this issue would be extremely helpful.

One way to solve it is to edit BuffCache.xml and look for this:

  <Buff>
    <Name>Improved Faerie Fire</Name>
    <Group>Spell Hit Chance Taken</Group>
    <Stats>
      <SpellHit>0.03</SpellHit>
    </Stats>
    <Source>Moonkin Druid</Source>
    <SetThreshold>0</SetThreshold>
    <Improvements />
    <IsCustom>false</IsCustom>
    <ConflictingBuffs>
      <string>Spell Hit Chance Taken</string>
    </ConflictingBuffs>
  </Buff>

Add a similar one with a different name and change how much SpellHit it gives and set IsCustom to true.
