Would it be possible to allow the entry of custom relative stat values to match ones playstyle and philosophy?

Thanks,

Relative stat values are never used in any calculations, it's only an output. So the answer is no.

What are you using to weigh one item against another? A better question is what *cs file is the ranking / comparison algorithm? I understand that rel stat values may be an output but it has to be an output generated by an (in use) algorithm.

I feel that the disc priest values are way off so I might need to change this to a bug report (ie sp < int).

Rawr.HolyPriest covers both specs of healing priest. There's no way to manually define weights. See the readme for how Rawr values items in general, and you can look at the Rawr.HolyPriest code for how it determines your healing.

Make sure all your fight paramaters are correct. (Fight length, raid buffs, raid role).
