It should be doing that, it should assuming you're attacking from the front, if you're a ProtPally. If it's not, that's a bug we need to fix on our side.
Hm....its not working that way for me. Here's what I put in:
Hit Chance: 100%
Chance to be avoided: 0
Health: 45000 (which is very lenient as I can hit that self buffed. Had 50k but lowered it to see if it fixed the expertise issue)
Defense Skill: 540
I even included Hit/Expertise Gems so if it needed to it can put them in. I have Seal of Vengeance (10 expertise) checked and the seal turned on and I have at least 3 pieces marked that have expertise. Once I run it, it'll take out my helm (has
expertise) and replaces it with a hit which is fine, but it removes my chest piece which has expertise and puts in a non hit/expertise one. For some reason it'll also put "Glyph of Indomitably" as one of my trinkets, but I can fix it and take
it out. Once the optimizer is ran I get the below values:
Spell Hit: 96.18% (which is fine since I only wanted melee hit to be 8%)
Expertise: 24.42 (Glyph Seal of Vengeance unchecked returns this as 14.42) giving me a value of 7.90% to be parried and 0.40% to be dodged).
It might be something I'm not putting in right, but not fully sure.
